Link Salad! Plus Pre-Order The Dagon Collection
Dear esteemed and honorable reader,
I wanted to share some links with you today, so I’m going to postpone January’s Plant Seeds With Me in 2024 post until later this week.

I’m also pleased to report that The Dagon Collection, a companion book to The Starry Wisdom Library, is now available for pre-order. The new anthology, like its predecessor, is presented as a fake auction catalogue, however this time it is 1929, shortly after the events in “The Shadow Over Innsmouth.” The feds have just raided the Esoteric Order of Dagon Lodge. Now they’ve contracted with Pent & Serenade, Occult Auctioneers, to sell the items secured in the raid including books, weaponry, art, jewelry, nautical items, textiles, and objects both strange and prosaic once owned by the Dagon cult.

BadAssCrossStitch has launched a year-long crafting campaign called #Make Don’t Break. This is the kind of craft-related initative that taps into upcycling while giving you the chance to learn new skills and participate in a community.
If you’re keen on using apps, Habitica has a 2024 Resolution Challenge you can use to keep track of your resolutions. I’ve been using Habitica for a while now, and the group activities are extremely motivating.

If you’ve been waiting to try out a new game, DriveThruRPG.com’s New Year, New Game Sale offers a variety of TTRPGs to choose from. Ends this week!
Last but not least, I also wanted to relay that the gaming industry lost a legend—Jennell Jacquays. Game Developer posted Jennell’s obituary highlighting some of her accomplishments but, like most obituaries, does little to capture her light and generous spirit. Jennell was truly a gem. She is survived by her wife, Rebecca Heineman, who launched a GoFundMe for Jennell to help offset the cost of her medical bills and end-of-life expenses. The funeral is scheduled for February 2nd.
Take care,
Monica
